The market of soft drinks and juices is one of the most dynamic and promising sectors of the Russian market of drinks. The basic concept of development - the production of healthy beverages (Wellness-drinks). This trend is expected to prevail in the next decade. Development healthy beverages has great potential, both from the point of view of the naturalness and functionality derived from the position of beverages.
