Intellectual property and the development of innovative practices in contemporary Russia
Annotation
The authors analyze the key issues in the field of intellectual property in the Russian Federation. Such directions of transformations, as the improvement of legislation, improving the efficiency of use of budgetary funds allocated for R & d, increasing the share of private investment, the establishment of educational standards, the promotion of intellectual activity at the state level. The article also discusses the issues of marketing management in the market of hi-tech medical products. Identified significant problems that must be solved to develop a reliable, competitive strategies, market positioning of medical supplies. Special attention is paid to modern capsacian in the field of marketing management to ensure the successful development of enterprises in the healthcare industry.
