Funding Tools for Small and Medium Enterprises
Annotation
The paper reviews the funding process for innovative small and medium enterprises. The goal of this paper is to analyze initial public offering for low-level capitalization companies at the alternative stock markets. Based on a sample of the several stock markets, author shows the advantages of these funding tools for small and medium enterprises.
