Nanostructures based on magnesium silicide as effective materials for thermoelectric energy conversion
Annotation
The presented technology for producing nanostructured thermoelectric materials based on magnesium silicide solutions makes it possible to obtain materials with increased thermoelectric reliability. The technology is simple and easily applicable in engineering.
