Scientific and methodological support of regional mechanisms scenario control of higher education institutions
Annotation
The article developed scientific and methodological support of regional mechanisms scenario control of higher education institutions. Analyzed and developed the main components of the methodology: 1) forecasting activities of the University at the regional level; 2) foresight technologies to provide innovative development of the University in the region; 3) organizational design University in the region; 4) determine the effective management of impacts on the activities of the University. Studied targeting and key indicators of scenario management institutions at the regional level.
