Classification of modern telecommunication networks and means of process and technical operational management
Annotation
Specified and amended classification of communication networks that are a part of the Unified telecommunication system of Russia is provided in the article, including reasonable functional, information and structural classification attributes of communication network management tools, considering modern regulatory documents of communication industries and information technologies allowing revealing problems in creation and functioning of communication networks for the purpose of their further consideration and solution.
