Cognitive information technology of food industry objects monitoring on the basis of entropy potentials theory
Annotation
The article deals with monitoring objects of different nature on the basis of cognitive information technologies. The method is based on theory of entropy potentials. It allows getting compact and clear display of the analyzed parameters evolution in the form of cluster information models. The display helps to arrange preventive monitoring, process control and equipment adjustment to prevent different “negative” situations. The validity and usefulness of the method is exemplified by monitoring heat and mass exchange processes in tunnel furnace for fish hot smoking. The potential of cognitive information technology for technological process monitoring is shown. It can also be used for timing of equipment maintenance check. The task of this kind is of great importance for processes in food, chemical and other industries. Practical implementation of the method involving calculations making and information models synthesis is considered.
