The software for determination of chemical compound and scantily explored matters danger class based on the system analysis and information processing of their elementary composition, physical and chemical properties and toxic characteristics of their classification models is suggested. The high-quality prognosis of ecological danger of chemical compounds and scantily explored matters can be carried out by this software. This publication presents the description of software in C# language with Microsoft.NET technology.
