NOISE-IMMUNE DECODING OF SYSTEMATIC CODES
Annotation
Dependence of convergence rate of observation process on nilpotency index of dynamic observer matrix is determined. The problem of noise-immune decoding is addressed in the form of construction of dynamic observer of initial state vector.
