LASER THERMOCHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY OF CHROME FILMS MICROSTRUCTURING
Annotation
Results of experimental study of chromium film morphology at various stages of laser recording are presented. The main mechanisms of “hidden” image recording are analyzed. An approach to assessment of resolution of thermochemical recording is proposed.
