Service industry organizational culture management: the functional aspect
Annotation
The paper analyzes different approaches to the classification of functions of organizational culture. This article offers a subjective vision of culture functions considering its influence on the interests of participants in socioeconomic process. This paper describes how to implement staff oriented functions of organizational culture in service enterprises.
