Renowned Soviet economist’s non-relevant outlook or whether a “Pekingese consensus” could be in Russia?

Annotation

The paper elaborates a thesis that among theoretical economical outlooks of the Soviet period in 1960s–1980s as the time is going on “Tsagolov School” will become more and more prominent (in relief). The school was named after Nikolay Alexandrovitch Tsagolov, the head of the Department of Political economy at the Economics Faculty in M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University (1957–1985). During the Soviet period the fame of the name and the School did not automatically bring to scientifically proper understanding and appreciation of Tsagolov’s ideas for real socialism and beyond its historical scope.
