Influence of mesoeconomic factors on the culture of an enterprise

Annotation

The paper is devoted to interaction of organization culture with the factors of macroeconomic, mesoeconomic and microeconomic character. According to the author critical influence on the organization culture is exerted by mesoeconomic factors. The author analytically compares culture at Russian and Argentina enterprises; this comparison helps reveal the degree of influence of national mentality and other factors on them. The author puts forward a thesis, that for the given countries it is necessary to introduce a term "regional culture". The questions connected with influence of the economic crisis on organizational culture are also considered. The author scrutinizes types of information structures formed under the influence of corporate culture and the impact of crisis phenomena on forming and functioning of these structures.
