President of the Russian Federation as guarantor of strengthening constitutional and competitive state
Annotation
The President of the Russian Federation, possessing extensive powers in all areas of foreign and domestic policy of the state, acts as the guarantor of the Constitu-tion of the Russian Federation, the rights and freedoms of the person and the citi-zen, and also the guarantor of stability and an order in the state as a whole. Activ-ity of the head of state, certainly, promotes strengthening in our country of the constitutional and competitive state.
