Annotation

Due to the increased attention from the state to the ecological problems, issues of regulation and management of water resources on food enterprises have acquired a special urgency. The paper presents solutions to the problems associated with the use of drinking water in the sink for enterprises of the baking industry. Analysis carried out in the work shows the possibility and economic feasibility of projects of modern washing systems in enterprises sector.
