Public School-Based Small Innovative Enterprises: Start-Up and Operation Characteristics
Annotation
Given the historical background and identified features of the present stage of formation of the need for workers in various economic sectors, including in sector research,examined the role of small innovative enterprises in the preparation of the University of innovators,reviews the preferences and legal restrictions in the performance of small innovative businesses, established on the basis of the budget of educational institutions, as well as the internal problems of the existing ones, formulated a set of proposals for the various levels of government.
