Analysis of the functional drinks market in Russia and its extension courses
Annotation
The paper contains description of the functional drinks production as one of the most modern directions of the food industry. The research objective is making definition of the functional drinks, its classification; analysis of the sales volume in recent years; researching the main problems of the Russian beverage market forming and stating means of its solving.
