Analysis of modern trends of technological progress and planning horizons
Annotation
In modern Russia, the most important area is the creation of an attractive investment climate. In that situation it is important to have a perspective plan of the development of the country. However, in a rapidly developing means of communication, in a totally different light appears the problem of forecasting how to further develop because in these conditions the very formulation of the problem of long-term planning is incorrect.
