Environmental, economic and social aspects of the domestic backbone enterprises’ functioning as a factor of sustainable development at the territories
Annotation
The article examines some approaches to the factor’s classification of sustainable development at the region and territory. Three groups of aspects in the operation of domestic main enterprises are defined - environmental, economic and social - and also their role in the sustainable development of the territory where these enterprises operate is defined. Materials studies highlighted the main disadvantages of the effective implementation of corporate environmental policy at the present town-forming enterprises in Russian Federation, which influence the process of sustainable development at the territory of their activity. In accordance with the selected aspects of the domestic main enterprises’ operation the definition of the sustainable development at the territory is suggested.
