The phenomenon of corporate culture: diagnostic status and methods of change
Annotation
The article presents the results of research relevance and appropriateness of the diagnosis of the corporate culture and the active application of methods of change depending on the background of business organizations from the dynamics of the environment. Attention of the authors focused on a need for change forecast korporatinoy culture and management purposes; follow the proposed algorithm of action; The recommended approach to the formation of the plan implementing the changes in corporate culture and method of assessing results. The authors see the connection and the interaction of changes in corporate culture and behavior of the organization. Here we consider various options for combining culture change with changes in the behavior of organizations. The conclusion: a change in culture is needed if there is a culture does not change the behavior of the organization to the state corresponding to the goals and objectives to achieve the desired level of organizational effectiveness. To change the corporate culture suggest the following method: change the objects and subjects of management attention; Changing the style of crisis management and / or conflict; designing roles in training programs management techniques of organizational change; change the criteria incentives; change of emphasis in personnel policy; change of organizational symbols, traditions, norms and rules of corporate behavior.
