Analytical research on the process of low-temperature treatment of fish with snow-like carbon dioxide
Annotation
The task is set and a solution is found in determining the duration of convergence of thermal front layers when fish carcasses undergo low-temperature treatment with snow-like carbon dioxide. The heat sink during low-temperature treatment of fish occurs both from the inner and the outer surface.
