Methodical questions of approbation premium systems at the enterprises of shipbuilding complex of the city

Annotation

The article substantiates the necessity of developing a new system of bonuses and material stimulation of the personnel of the enterprises of the shipbuilding industry of the city. The main purpose of this work is the chef there is the establishment of a mechanism for financial incentives for employees in the results of their work and improving the efficiency of the organization of production. The article analyzes the shortcomings of the current system of bonuses in the industry: the lack of evaluation re-work of employees and motivation for results, prepossession methods of awarding bonuses because of«mutual agreement», the low level of interest of employees in the results. To address these and other issues, proposed to develop and implement a system of rewards employees based on performance indicators of incentives, to develop a method for the formation of appropriate systems of indicators.
