Institutions of state regulation of business in Russia
Annotation
The article describes the main institutions of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Russia. The analysis of scientific conceptsof state regulation of entrepreneurial activity.The selected mechanism of state regulation of business.The scheme of interactionof subjects of entrepreneurial activity with the infrastructure support provided. The conclusion about the existence in modern Russia developed institutional system governing and supporting the activities of small and medium enterprises, which is based on state institutions: the government of the Russian Federation, Federation Council and State Duma together with the relevant committees. State support of entrepreneurship are implemented through a set of measures implemented by the Ministry of economic development programmes of state support of entrepreneurship. Effective principles and mechanisms of development of business entities are reflected in the development Strategy of the National guarantee system for small and medium enterprises for the period 2020, approved February 19, 2015. The activities of the national infrastructure supported by the organizations of the market infrastructure to support entrepreneurship, which is formed and operates on the basis of market relations and complements the efforts of the state in creating an enabling environment for the development of business structures.
