Annotation
This article provides a General formalized statement of the problem of synthesis of the stream-topological structure of backbone network of special purpose telecommunication system of the Russian Federation in the form of an integrated task of synthesis of highly stable structures for the physically dissimilar layers and systems of backbone stream network, that is for the layer of synchronous transport modules, for the optical layer and backbone system of the clock synchronization.
