The article highlights the priority aspects of the formation of infrastructure of spatial data of the Russian Federation, as well as topical issues of modernization of the industry of geodesy and cartography, associated with the implementation of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation on creation of vertically integrated holding structure.
