Annotation
The article deals with the issues of management organizing of institutional sci-ence with defense contractors for purposes of implementation of its developments into the military projects.The effective model of their cooperation abroad are the centers of research and development (R&D centers). Their goals in Russia, the stages of their creation and problems arising are considered in the article.
