Annotation

Possibility of channel coding character set extension for the decameter range means transferring symbols by time-frequency matrixes is analyzed. It is offered to use additional carrier frequencies expansion by means of Walsh's functions for increase in matrix information order. The simulation results confirming legitimacy of theoretical proposition are provided. Maintenance of the required noise immunity with increase in coding character set dimension is proved.
