The animated image video codec, tolerant to channel err ors, on the basis of three-dimensional orthogonal transformation with ensuring confidentiality and authentication of the transferred video data
Annotation
It is shown that the existing mobile images shrinking algorithms are characterized by the lowest resistance to communication channel errors due to large amounts of service data in a coder output stream. Three-dimensional orthogonal transformations usage for the purpose of intraframe and interframe mobile images redundancy reduction is considered. Approach to confidentiality and authentication of the transferred video data is suggested.
