Annotation

The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of banking support contracts in public procurement. The author dwells on the legal basis of bank support, the principles of public procurement contract. The article gives a clear classification of banking simple and expanded support in terms of monitoring payments, reporting to the customer, checking the validity of account transactions and monitor the implementation of the steps of the state contract.
