Predictive control of pollutant emissions as a first step towards digital state control
Annotation
The article discusses a possible application of predictive systems for pollutant emission control within Russian national environmental regulation and shows the implementation possibility of predictive emission control systems at the initial stages of BAT-transition process on Russian enterprises being a part of digital technologies integration into manufacturing process itself.
