Business process management at municipal enterprises
Annotation
The study presents the main approaches related to the theory of business processes and their possibility of implementation for large industrial enterprises. The region's management system should primarily be based on its effectiveness. Increasing overall efficiency is possible when building a flexible management system, which is realized only when building a management system for each specific enterprise, for this it is necessary to build a process approach in various enterprises and industries. For a utility company, these approaches are important and relevant, since there are both basic and auxiliary processes and they need to be separated, thanks to a top-level process map, and a system of measurable performance monitoring using key indicators should be created. The presented set of indicators makes it possible to carry out constant monitoring and measure the efficiency of the enterprise's activities at all stages of business operations. The subject of the study is the change in the management mechanism for a public utility enterprise in the current conditions. The purpose of the study is to improve the business process management system at a public utility enterprise. The object of the study is the management system of a public utility enterprise. The research methods include the construction of a management algorithm that takes into account the specifics of a public utility enterprise and allows for the adaptation of general business process theory tools to the specific needs of the enterprise. To implement these approaches, the author defines the concept of "process" and its characteristics, then creates a business process diagram and necessary components, and details the processes using a top-level map. Based on the conducted research, a list of control indicators specific to the organization's business processes is developed. The results obtained can be unified for public utilities in the regions, which will make it possible to increase the efficiency of management activities. The results will make the management system at the enterprise more transparent.
