Motivation of the businessman: economic, psychological and social treatments and its institutional model
Annotation
The development process of economic system is continuous, rapidly increasing the competitiveness of enterprise structures in management. At the leading place with the socio-economic point of view there is businessman-intrapreneur as the founder of a new business. The goal that intrapreneur sets consists basically not a profit, but in the long term business development. To businessman-intrapreneur the high motivation to the labor, being basic component of his activities, and an inverse relationship between labor and material evaluation, which provides him the opportunity to get «surplus energy cost», which significantly increases the motivation to labor and creative approach to technology production .
