Effect of antioxidants in the woody tissue of fruit and berry plants in the winter and spring on the cold storage of the harvested crop
Annotation
Influence of fruit plants hypothermia adaptation ability on crop quality and its shelf-life was investigated. It is possible to predict cold storage ability of crops yielded during its growing period by changes occured in fruit plants woody tissue during the low temperatures adaptation.
