Technology of croquettes with dietary supplements and fillings
Annotation
This article describes the technology of potatoes croquettes with dietary supplements and fillings. Based on experimental studies found increase of nutritional developed croquettes, namely improving mineral and vitamin composition of products, which is important in the diet of pupils
