Heat energy synthesis by yeast cells while beer wort fermentation

Whenever S.cerevisiae yeast is used in production and technological processes, for instance, in beer, the process synthesis heart energy remains one of the most important problems. This article is devoted to calculation of heat energy volume synthesized by yeast cells while beer wort fermentation.
