Vacuum vaporizer refrigerating systems
Annotation
The paper describes the research on the effectiveness of water as a refrigerant. Some historical aspects of this problem have been observed. Engineering and environmental advantages of such systems is discussed. Some historical aspects of this phenomenon are highlighted. Basic schemes of water cooling and ice-applying equipment using water as a refrigerant are presented and described.
