Comprehensive matrix model of an enterprise functioning in an information hazardous environment
Annotation
The article offers a description of a model "4x4" organization matrix. Matrix lines comprise "Resources, Processes, Relations, Effects" items, and its columns are "Hazards, BSC, Risks, Solutions". The balance score card (BSC) is described as a fuzzy-logical oriented graph based on KPI and indicators of financial and economic activity (graph nodes) using fuzzy rules (graph arcs). Such indicators can be represented as linguistic variables. BSC is used for the construction of a risk chart with their feedbacks.
