Expert assessment of innovation activities in cosmic space technologies
Annotation
A considerable attention in the space rocket technology development is paid to ensuring its high technical level, understood as the degree to which the global state-of-the-art is implemented, which presents a necessary prerequisite for product competitiveness. An active expert approach is substantiated for identifying the innovations in the information resource used, ranking them and assessing their compatibility with a given product under upgrade. The relational matrix for the relations of experts vs. item designers is developed.
