Features research of experimental and predesign chamber fruits and vegetables store with controlled atmosphere
Annotation
In this paper the features of considered experimental and predesign research fruit and vegetables store with controlled atmosphere (CA). Formed coordinated steps optimal control object, methods of formation of space-planning decisions of cameras with the CA based on elements of the logistics and cost of planning at the stage of predesign research suggested methods of calculation and control the refrigeration process equipment providing the standard level of uniformity of thermal parameters of the vapor-gas stream in a constrained volume storage chambers products. The features of structural and parametric optimization of refrigeration equipment in the course of predesign research. Methods of experimental study of natural samples and physical models fruit and vegetables store.
