Basic principles and methodological aspects of foodstuffs eco-labeling
Annotation
The article deals with the application of eco-labeling of food products in international practice and in the Russian context. It gives advice on the development of eco-labeling procedures and conformity assessment schemes that improve quality and environmental safety of food products.
