Intrapreneurship as expanded form of government enterprise structures
Annotation
Now economic activity of large enterprise structures opened niches to an enterprise initiative in development of specialization of business functions which are divided into functions actually managements and functions of innovative activity in large corporations in the form of internal business (or intrapreneurship). In work the intrapreneurship as qualitatively other level of freedom of managers and experts, structural divisions in the company, allowing to reveal motivations of personal and professional success to bigger number of workers and members of team is considered.
