Dependence of heat transfer coefficient from milk heated in a vibrating reheater on design parameters
Annotation
In the process of heating milk in a vibrating reheater there has been determined the dependence of heat transfer coefficient on amplitude and frequency vibrations, projection spacing and profile curve radius of the heating surface.
