The review of working out of perspective directions of creation of functional products for gero-dietary a food of people suffering diseases of the locomotive system

In article is considered the problem of growth of number of diseases of locomotive system at people advanced age. Possibility of creation of functional sour-milk products for gero-dietary a food, with preventive maintenance of diseases of the locomotive device.
