Annotation
The article describes the experimental installation for research of the energy consumed in the production apparatus with a cleared surface. The authors present the methodology of research and views of mathematical dependencies to obtain calculation formulae in criteria-based form. During the development of the experimental setup were taken into account peculiarities of the energy consumed during processing of non-Newtonian fluids with pseudoplastic properties. The presence in the drive electric motor of a direct current, relevant instruments and devices allows you to change in a wide range of rotation frequency of the working body.
