Annotation
Mathematical simulation of the flow of non-Newtonian fluid in the gap of the rotating rolls. The technique of calculating the energy-power parameters for pasta dough sheeter, which takes into account the parameters of the rolls, cutting data, the rheological properties of dough, thereby reducing energy demand, increase productivity, reduce losses of raw materials
