Substantiation of topology of working bodies of pulse influence at processing of food raw materials
Annotation
In the given work the mathematical description of thermal process is resulted at preprocessing of food raw materials at a clearing stage. Тhe analytical decision can be offered for engineering calculations of process of pulse influence on food raw materials at its processing.
