New concept of research of modern economic system
Annotation
Extremely effective stimulation of growth of labor productivity is possible thanks to high-quality changes in the economic system leaning on a vortex spiral resource-saving factor. It will be the political economy and functioning economy the noosfericheskikh of growth rates of labor productivity, worthy realization by mankind of the main mission. The concept of political economic research of those changes which have to be carried out in economic system that it, at last, could is offered and began to lean on the vortex spiral natural factor inherent in movement of any modern economy, but still not noticed neither the theory, nor practice. Today, the resource-saving vortex effect isn't noticed and, especially, isn't studied, not analyzed. The author shows how it is possible to see these effects, having looked at schemes of public reproduction of K. Marx.
