Development of public-private partnership in the region: organizational legal mechanism
Annotation
The author allocated the main problems in the organizational mechanism of management of public-private partnership at the level of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation and need of development of this mechanism. Research of standard and legal regulation in the field of development of public-private partnership in the subject of the Russian Federation is conducted; the organizational mechanism of development of PPP in the Republic of Mordovia and function of its separate elements. In article the branch structure of a portfolio of investment projects in the Volga Federal District, and also a level of development of the regional legislation on PPP in the Russian Federation for 2014 is also considered. The author allocated the main stages of development of system of public administration with the PPP projects, offers on creation of PPP center with definition of the list of services that will allow to finance the investment projects aimed at the development of infrastructure and implementation of innovative projects are developed.
