A new phase of global development - intellectual front
Annotation
This article describes a new phase of global development as an intellectual edge on the modern stage. Offers the protection of intellectual property is considered an integral part of industrial policy. Take advantage of the new law on the Federal contract system for real inclusion of intellectual property in the system of state orders and deliveries for the state needs. To create objects of innovation infrastructure (clusters, technology parks, incubators, industrial parks, areas of advanced development and so on) at all stages from design to turn key with new technologies and materials, mainly of domestic production.
