Theoretical and practical aspects of the general theory of control
Annotation
Contemporary understanding of management theory suggests that any organization, including police units are system. In science, administration and management of the last decades a widespread theory of operations research, when in the analysis and solution of many administrative tasks have been widely used methods of network planning, and methods of system analysis. Crucial principles of law and administration in the development of society is proved by the characteristics of the historical evolution of humanity. First of all, it will be explained from the standpoint of the theory of governance and specific use of their strategic, intellectual, military and economic potential. The article discusses the most common theoretical and legal aspects of effective management of the internal affairs bodies, as a complex social system. The author's view of the current problems of the internal affairs bodies, to increase efficiency of management decision making for the implementation of law enforcement.
